JAMBALAYA JEFF

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 package hot sausage
(typically 3 links)
• 3-4 cups Gulf shrimp, cleaned
• 2-3 celery sticks, chopped
• 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
• 2 cans stewed tomatoes
• 3 cups rice
• 5 ½ cups water
• 4 Tbsp Cajun spices

DIRECTIONS: 

1.Cut everything up, except shrimp, and put into large pot.

2. Bring to a boil and simmer 35-50 minutes until desired consistency.

3. Add shrimp toward the end of cooking time. Stir and continue cooking until the shrimp is done.

Serve with crusty French bread.
